My journey within the tourism industry has been a part of me for as long as I can recall. As a true Rhodian, my unwavering passion for this island makes me a devoted patriot. From my earliest days, I assisted my father, Dimitris, in our family’s tourist shop in Ixia. I remember organizing souvenirs and local products while watching cheerful, sun-kissed holidaymakers. I often wondered about their journeys, the reasons they chose Rhodes, and the activities they enjoyed. This curiosity grew into a deep passion, leading me to study English in Exeter (UK) and specialize in Tourism Marketing, Hotel & Business Management at the University of Patras. In 1994, I took the leap and founded my own tour business.
As we celebrate the 31st Summer Season of Manos Going, I am filled with happiness and pride in our ongoing growth and development. We offer exceptional activities and unforgettable experiences to thousands of visitors each year. I feel fortunate to present my island as a local, sharing stories of my ancestors and their remarkable achievements. Moreover, I’m delighted to meet numerous new individuals—always joyful and sun-kissed, of course!

During my time studying Political Science at Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences in Latvia, I had envisioned a future as a dedicated researcher. However, one fateful business trip to Rhodes completely altered my path. I was enchanted by this island blessed by the gods, with its warm and welcoming inhabitants, their simple yet delightful way of life, and the awe-inspiring colors of the sea that never cease to amaze me. And of course, that’s when I met Manos! His charisma, fiery spirit, and the way he introduced me to the wonders of Rhodes were simply irresistible. I made the decision to stay and join forces with Manos for good, and I am incredibly grateful that I did!
